Meet Carmen!

Carmen is the Interior Design Principal, Interior Decorator C.I.D. and owner of La Musa Design located in Oakville, Ontario, who is ready to make your dream home a reality!

As a passionate and experienced interior decorator and designer, she creates stunning and functional environments with a personalized design plan that exceeds her clients’ aesthetic desires, while staying within their budgets. Her lifelong love for design, detail, and organization thrives in environments that nurture her creative spirit.  She was born in Italy and lived in the UK for 20 years where she graduated at the British Academy of Interior Design (BAC-IARC accredited, member of the Commercial Interior Design Association IIDA) she is member of the BTEC and active member of the Decorators and Designers Association of Canada (DDA) and active member of the Certified Interior Decorators International (C.I.D.).

Carmen is also a certified Home Stager from the Home Staging Institute, active member of the Real Estate Staging Assosiation (RESA) and a 3D Designer expert, qualities that she applied in many design projects she did for clients in Europe, before moving permanently to Canada, where she is continuing to design safe, functional and aesthetically pleasant interior and exterior spaces.

Following a stringent selection process, Carmen collaboration with Decorating Den Interiors has enabled her to offer clients comprehensive solutions for their interior design needs. She provides a complete spectrum of options to elevate every aspect of their homes. She approaches each project with an unwavering commitment to timelessness, crafting individualized plans that incorporate exquisite custom furnishings, luxurious materials, and unexpected design elements.

Whether a calming and serene escape or a vibrant palette that inspires, it is her goal to help her clients get there. Her experience ranges from single-room makeovers to large homes. She is dedicated to creating spaces that are both beautiful and functional, guiding her clients through an easy and practical design process.

She loves helping people make their visions of their homes a reality.

In her spare time she loves to spend time with her five children,  visit art museums, art shows and create beautiful hand made jewelries and artworks.
